What’s the current wait time for an order?

Can I build my own machine?
Absolutely, we offer a shredder kit to help you build faster. You just need to get couple of friends to help you build a frame. Our kit has everything you need to get started. Check it out.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 15-21 days production time for your order to ship out.
Tracking numbers will be provided soon as your order has been SHIPPED.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Your satisfaction is guarantee with us. We will do whatever it takes to make it right. In case your order arrived damaged or not what you expected please let us soon as possible. We will send you a replacement and a shipping label to send it back. We love to recycle plastic also, we want to fight the plastic waste, that’s why it’s our best interest to get you going.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at sales@preciousplasticnewyork.com If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours.
How long does shipping take?
We ship UPS within the USA and overseas. We ship internationally, our shipping rates are very low to help recyclers outside the USA to get a machine. We understand the hassle to get a machine specially people in remote area in Africa or south America. Please contact us for shipping quote and delivery time
