Introducing another Updated Modular machine with a difference. We’re excited to announce the new Shredder Basic "V3.3 Crusher/Shredder", designed for efficiency and ease of assembly plus maintenance.

Key Features:

Design: Quality laser cut V3.3 framework

Blades: 7 x 10mm thick rotating 3 shear blades.

Material: EN8 Steel.

Dimensions: 300mm x 210mm (width) x 145mm (height).

Cutting Area: 139mm x 149mm.

Shaft: 32mm turned EN8 Steel Hex Shaft, turned end for 30mm coupling with 8mm keyways for coupling.

Speed: Designed for low-speed operation (50-70 RPM +-) with high torque.

Strength:  Thicker steel plates (10mm, 5mm) for durability and reliability.

Sieve: 10mm hole Pre-welded EN8 mesh on 3mm sieve frame.

What’s New ?

Upgraded modification to Shaft: Enhanced from 20mm to 32mm for increased strength, turned for coupling fit of 30mm, capable of handling thicker plastics which the previous V2 struggled with. Shim fit shaft to bearings make it a simple combination.

Thicker Steel Plates for added strength: Transitioned from 4mm plates to durable 10mm and 5mm and 3mm sieve frame plates, significantly boosting the machine’s robustness.

Weld-Free Design: Components now bolt together, eliminating the need for full welding skills and now simplifying the assembly process. But we do the pre-welded sieve frame for your ease of operation.

Redesigned advanced Sieve/Mesh: The new sieve/mesh design is stronger and easier with designed handle, avoiding the previous hassle of hammer to tap sieve in and out.

Assembly: The V3.3 shredder features a simplistic modular design with clamping/compression and bolting, making it easy to assemble or disassemble for teeth cutting combinations.

Motor: Not included. Recommended single-phase 3kW RPM 1800 motor with 30:1 worm gear/gearbox for shaft rotation and excellent torque (350+Nm). 

A 2KW motor RPM 1400 provides 310Nm and 58RPM. Ensure proper motor-torque combination to avoid underpowering or overpowering issues. Not Included.

Coupling: LoveJoy L100 or L110 couplings with spider shock absorbers are highly recommended for connecting the gearbox to the shredder shaft (couplings not included).

Pair of grips or mole grips

Adjustable spanner for M10 nuts

3mm hexagonal key for bearing set screws
