Introducing the V3.3 Mini 7-Blade Shredder — A cost-effective solution featuring high-quality engineering of laser-cut parts. This kit is shipped as a 3-blade shear shredder version. Please note that the hopper not included

Extra shims fixed teeth small and round shims for shaft compression. 0.5mm

pre-welded steel updated sieve framework with 6mm mesh

5mm thickness EN8 lasercut Crank Handle. 280mm length.

EN8 hex Shaft turned included.

If you require to turn your own 7 mini shaft we are happy to forwards the specification drawing to your email upon order and adjust costs down for you.

Not Included:

Galvanised hopper not included

2 x UCFL 206 30m bearings (available separately in the parts section of PP or online wholesale like ebay) marked in red above.

All necessary nuts, bolts, washers, M10 threaded rod, and 4 x 14mm bearing bolts not included.

Motor plus gearbox.

Design Features:

The shredder can be operated with a crank handle, reduced KW motor, or torque drill with variable speed and high torque settings. Pedal power is also an option.

The sieve frame is pre-welded and redesigned for ease of handling and safety, with a handle added for operator protection.

• M14 socket and wrench

Assembly/Disassembly: The V3.3 shredder is designed for easy assembly and disassembly by design of tab slots and compression.
